Nepotism in the Workplace

This blog is basically a rant about nepotism. Just thought I ought to warn ya ahead of time…. 😛 Nepotism (or the hiring of family members) is fairly common practice in small businesses (and large!) across America. I currently work for a small company–under 100 employees–and the owner of that company employs a family member to do a very important part of the business: The billing, a.k.a. how we make our money. Finding Joy

I’m going to take a stab at a topic that is sort of close to my heart. This is close to my heart because at a certain point in my educational life I decided to pursue something that wasn’t about money. This was at one point a big struggle in my life.
